Independent Contractor Agreement To Conduct Phono-Graphix® TrainingContractor Agreement • May 3rd, 2017
This is a legal and binding independent contractor agreem ent between Read Am erica, Inc. (aka Read Am erica, aka Phono-Graphix®, a US and UK tradem ark), a US corporation registered in the state of Florida, and , hereafter referred to as ‘the train- er'. This is not an em ploym ent agreem ent. This is not a franchise agreem ent. This is an independent contractor (as the term is used in the state of Florida) agreem ent to do training in the Phono- Graphix® m ethod of reading instruction. All incom e taxes due for m oney earned providing services under the term s of this agreem ent will be paid by the trainer. Read Am erica, Inc. is in no way respon- sible for em ploym ent of the trainer whose legal status with Read Am erica is that of an independent contractor, not an em ployee. Read Am erica will report to the Internal Revenue Service all m oney paid by Read Am erica to the trainer.
