This Agreement, entered into this 28th day of December 2017, between the City of South Fulton, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and LBJ Group, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "LBJ Group" or "Solicitor"), to provide for the engagement of LBJ Group as an independent contractor to serve as the Solicitor for the City of South Fulton Municipal Court, and to set forth the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the mutual obligations, rights and duties of each party.
