On September 20, 2021, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an amended Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, BL-Diamond LLC (BL-Diamond) as Wholesale Market Participant, and Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC (MAIT), as agent for Pennsylvania Electric Company, as Transmission Owner,1 and an executed Consent to Assignment Agreement and Agreement to Amend among PJM, Glidepath Ventures LLC (Glidepath), BL-Diamond, and MAIT. You state that PJM is submitting the amended WMPA for filing to reflect the assignment of all rights and delegate all duties from Glidepath to BL-Diamond. PJM requests that the amended WMPA be accepted for filing effective June 11, 2020, the original effective date of Service Agreement No. 5696.
