Agreement. These Terms of Service, together with the Order Form (as defined below) create the agreement (“Agreement”) between Anchor Marine Electric Ltd and Customer for the purchase and sale of Services. In case of conflict, the documents shall control in the following order of precedence: the Order Form and these Terms of Service. Any additional or different terms that Customer may provide or communicate to Anchor Marine Electric Ltd are material alterations and Anchor Marine Electric Ltd expressly rejects them.
