This GDPR Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) is made by and between Engage Digital Projects Ltd, (“APPSHOTS”) and APPSHOTS’s customer (“Client”) as of the date of acceptance of the APPSHOTS Terms of Service (i.e. at time of creation of account). APPSHOTS and Client are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” hereinafter.
