This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Brooklyn Software Limited, a limited liability company having its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom (“Supplier”) and the customer named above (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the last date beneath the parties’ signatures below (the “Effective Date”). The parties agree as follows:
