This COLLECTION AGREEMENT is hereby entered into by and between Kittitas County, hereinafter referred to as “Kittitas County”, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Cle Elum Ranger District, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of the Cooperative Funds Act of June 30, 1914 (16 U.S.C. 498 as amended by Pub. L. 104-127).
