Company agrees to maintain the minimum insurance coverage and comply with each condition set forth below during the duration of the term of this Agreement with the City. The parties to this Agreement hereby agree that the Company's coverage will be primary in the event of a loss, regardless of the application of any other insurance or self-insurance.
