Contract Type FiledJune 6th, 2011Huntington YPool Party Agreement Listed below are the rules and regulations for all pool parties at the Huntington YMCA:1. Party times are Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Clients will only be given an hour and a half due to the other times allotted. Times will be strictly enforced so we can clean the room and prepare for the next client and their guests.2. Parties at the Huntington YMCA include access to the warm pool, cool pool & slides. Whirlpool and lap lanes are NOT INCLUDED.3. Pool Party Room does not have chairs or air conditioning. Clients need to see the party room beforehand so they know the size of the room. This is the only room available for parties.4. Clients must pay a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of scheduling.5. Remaining balance must be paid one week prior to the date of the party.6.
