This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the approved client who has enlisted StalkerBEE to do customized work, ("Disclosing Party") and StalkerBEE DBA, located at Dallas, Texas ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. This includes all personal information and shared media such as images, audio clips and video.
