The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Hancock, Jahn, Lee, & Puckett LLC (“Contractor” and also referred to in this Amendment as “Assignor”), who are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” to that certain Communication Services for State Agencies Contract that was effective September 1, 2016 and denominated as DARS Contract No. 538-17-0008-0000000000013 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
