Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Seller, these Sales Terms and Conditions shall apply to any and all orders placed by Buyer for lighting products and services sold by Seller. In these sales terms and conditions, “Seller” is eLuminaire LLC designated in Seller’s order acknowledgement and “Buyer” is the party to whom Seller’s order acknowledgement is addressed.
