FOOTBALL COACH (“Second Amendment”) is made by and between Appalachian State University (“Appalachian”) and Shawn C. Clark (“Coach”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and shall be effective as of December 15, 2021. This Second Amendment is to modify and supplement the Employment Agreement between Appalachian and Coach with effective date December 13, 2019 and as amended on August 1, 2021 (collectively, the “Agreement”).
