This Plan of Merger (“Merger Plan”) is entered into day of March 2021, by and between Boulder Area REALTOR® Association, Inc. (“BARA”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation and Longmont Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (“LAR”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation. BARA and LAR are individually referred to herein as a “Constituent Entity” and collectively as the “Constituent Entities.”
