This Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Kansas City, a city organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri (“City”), and Google Fiber Missouri, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, and its direct parent, and its direct parent’s subsidiaries, successors, or assigns (“Licensee”).
