This Consumer Loan Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your Loan accounts with Inspirus Credit Union. In this Agreement the terms “you” and “your” mean each person who signs the Consumer Loan Application, an Advance Disclosure or this Agreement as a borrower or owner of collateral, as applicable. The term “Credit Union” means Inspirus Credit Union.
