This Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) is by and between TRUBBLE RIVERSIDE, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, 11624 Gladesford Road, Roanoke, Indiana 46783 (“Tenant”) and the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Fort Wayne and the PARKS AND RECREATION Department, 705 East State Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805 (“Landlord”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
