In these conditions the “Company“ means Schütz (UK) Limited and any subsidiary of the Company by which the Goods are sold and “Goods“ means the subject matter of the contract including (but not limited to) raw materials, finished or semi-finished materials, or articles, machinery, parts, spares, commodities etc. and whether one or a number of items whether or not identical or similar.
