This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of November 30, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), between National Telephone Exchange, Inc. (“NTE”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with offices at 2417 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and NTE may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
