The author (“Licensor” as below) hereby grants a non-exclusive free license of this manuscript titled as title of manuscript (“Work” as below) published in the issue X of Education Scene to Chinese Association for Computer and Educational Technology (“Licensee” as below), and allows Licensee to: (a) publish in print or electronic form; (b) complete re-production and digital-archive of Work in order to be publicly transmitted and authorized to the users to download, print, browse and other necessary conducts relevant to the marketing or services from the databases through the internet; (c) sub-license the National Central Library of Republic of China (R.O.C) or other databases to collect Work in order to provide their related services; (d) change the format of Work in order to meet the requirements of different database systems.
