This Vena EULA governs Buyer’s use of the Services where subscribed for through Influential Software Services Limited (“Reseller”) and are deemed incorporated by reference into the agreement between Buyer and Reseller pursuant to which Reseller is reselling the Services to Buyer (the “Call-Off Contract”), and shall be inserted at page 9 of the Order Form in the row entitled, “Buyer’s Responsibilities”.
