Five Year Limited WarrantyLimited Warranty • April 25th, 2019
Hale Industries, Inc. (Hale Inc.) extends this limited warranty to the original buyer and warrants that the Glacier, Avalanche and Blizzard series manufactured by Hale Inc. shall be free from original defects in workmanship and material, for 60 months from date of shipment for the fan and fan components and for 36 months from date of shipment for all other components, provided same have been properly stored, installed, serviced, maintained and operated. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been altered or repaired in any way so as to affect its performance, without Hale Inc. express authorization, nor which have been improperly installed or subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident, or incorrectly used in combination with our or other substances. The Buyer assumes all risks and liability for results of use for the products. Warranty is non-transferable.
