These Resale Rights and Obligations (these “Resale Terms”) apply to Partner if Partner enters into a SOW designating the purchase of Software for resale. These Resale Terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Master International Partner Network Agreement between Partner and KSC (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Agreement.
