The undersigned Employer, by its duly authorized representative, hereby certifies that it has read and agrees to be bound and to abide by all the terms and conditions of the National Distribution Pipeline Agreement ("National Agreement" or "Agreement") as currently in effect, or as modified in the future, by and between the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO ("United Association" or "Union") and the Distribution Contractors Association ("DCA"), the same if party thereto; except, however, that for work performed under said Agreement in the State of Ohio, the terms of said Agreement shall be modified by this Addendum (“Addendum”) or future Addendum, which shall control with respect to such modifications.
