• Negotiate, secure and contract talent for The Big Game Bash outdoor concert event. The Concert shall consist of a family concert in the morning of February 3rd and two to three separate musical acts in the evening of February 3rd, consisting of one to two support bands and one headliner. The introductory bands and the headliner shall play for the time period according to the artist contract. The City has the right to approve music genre(s) and the artists performing. The City shall reimburse SMA for its financial contractual obligation to the artists contracted; provided the amounts are within the budgeted amounts shown on Exhibit A, unless an amount above the budgeted amount is approved by the City or its Representative, prior to SMA’s execution of the Artist Contracts. Other than as provided in the Agreement, the City has no obligation, financial or otherwise, to the artists contracted by SMA to perform at the Concert and the SMA will indemnify the City against any claims by contra
