This Amendment (“Amendment”) is entered into by and between AACC and the exhibiting company set forth below (“Exhibitor”) as of the date of last signature and is to the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, Meeting Rooms, Upgraded Listings, and Product Showcase (“Contract”) by and between AACC and Exhibitor in connection with 2021 AACC Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo in Anaheim, California. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Amendment and any other provision of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, Meeting Rooms, Upgraded Listings, and Product Showcase the terms of this Amendment shall govern.
