The Non-Compete Agreement (“The Agreement”) is made on this effective date – For good consideration the receipt that is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned first party agrees not to compete with the second party, or its successors or assigns. The term not to compete shall mean that the undersigned first party shall not compete directly or indirectly with the Company by serving as an officer, owner, partner director, agent, or employee for any firm or entity substantially engaged in a business similar to or competitive to that of the Second Party.
