THIS MEDICAL OFFICE LEASE (the "Lease") is entered into by and between the NORTH BROWARD HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a BROWARD HEALTH, a special taxing district of the State of Florida ("Landlord") and the CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS (the “Tenant”), effective as of the Commencement Date (as defined in the Lease Summary Section). The terms and provisions set forth in the attached Lease Summary Section are incorporated into this Lease as if fully set forth herein.
