This Agreement, dated for reference purposes as of , 2022 is entered into by and among the County of Merced, on the one hand, and the County of Merced, Merced Elementary School District, Atwater Elementary School District, Merced Union High School District, Merced Community College, Merced County Office of Education, Merced County Regional Occupation Program, Merced County Mosquito Abatement District, Merced Cemetary District, Winton Cemetary District, Bloss Healthcare District, and Merced Irrigation District (collectively “Taxing Entites”), on the other hand, on the basis of the following facts, understandings, and intentions of the Parties:
