MEDIA AGREEMENT FORMMedia Agreement • April 15th, 2021
Students arranging music, composing lyrics and/or music, singing in vocal recordings, and/or playing in instrumental recordings, writing scripts and/or talks, and presenting content on video recordings while training at Fountainview Academy and/or during Career and Technical Development give Fountainview Academy unlimited rights to duplicate and distribute the resulting works created and Fountainview Academy. It is acknowledged that Fountainview Academy holds the sole ownership of the works created.
