This INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into in the County of Dallas, State of Texas, by and between the CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS a municipal corporation, duly incorporated and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Texas (“DALLAS”), and the CITY OF SACHSE, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, duly incorporated and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Texas (“SACHSE”).
