The District and CSEA have completed their negotiations related to the layoffs, hour reductions, reductions in basis, and reassignments of Unit D employees. This Memorandum of Understanding supersedes the parties' October 22, 1990 Memorandum of Understanding and June, 1984 Settlement Agreement dealing with the same or related subjects.
