Davis Hwy, Pensacola, Florida (the "Property"), OWNER will furnish BUYER with certain confidential information with respect to the Property’s condition, business and operations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. OWNER desires to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to BUYER and to preserve to itself the commercial benefits of the utilization thereof.
