This Agreement is made and entered into this day of 2017 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Ventura County Transportation Commission, a Regional Transportation Agency and public entity, created pursuant to the laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “VCTC” and Syncromatics Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor.” Both parties may be referred to as Parties.
