Quadient Group AG, Oberer Gansbach 1, 9450 Appenzell, Switzerland and the Licensee. Any terms not specifically defined within this MSLA will be deemed to have the meaning set forth in the EULA. Unless unambiguously contrary thereto, the MSLA terms and conditions shall not alter or supersede any term of the EULA. Any and all of the Maintenance Services as set forth shall solely refer to Software proprietary to or certified by Quadient Group AG or one of its subsidiaries.
