This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 27, 2004 (the “Effective Date”) by and among U-Store-It Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Purchaser”), and Robert J. Amsdell, Barry L. Amsdell, Todd C. Amsdell, the Robert J.
