THIS CONTRACT is hereby made, entered into, and effective as of this 1st day of July, 2014 between the UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO, on behalf of its Office of Sponsored Programs, a state entity, hereinafter referred to as the "PROVIDER," and GUILFORD COUNTY, on behalf of its Child Support and Court Services Office, hereinafter referred to as the "COUNTY," and also collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
