This Agreement replaces the current Settlement Bank Agreement concluded between eSett and the Bank after all BRPs as defined below that have a valid Agreement on Pledge and Right of Disposal of Cash Account (the “Pledged Cash Account Agreement”) with the Bank and eSett have entered into Cash Account and Cash Collateral Agreement as defined below with eSett and the Bank which replaces the Pledged Cash Account Agreement. Until this replacement takes place both Settlement Bank Agreements will be valid and applied accordingly.
