AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND‌JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC. THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for cardkey system services on February 1, 2006 in the amount of $100,000; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend services for the addition of new Cardkey doors and to upgrade modules by increasing the amount of the Agreement by $15,676 and extending the term to June 30, 2008.
