This Credit Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 202 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Locke Brook Solar, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), and Town of Townsend, a Massachusetts Municipality (“Buyer”). In this Agreement, Seller and Buyer are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
