THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and agreed to by (“Owner”) and Investment Real Estate Associates (IREA) (“Exclusive Listing Broker”) regarding the property known as 10267-97 N.W. 46th Street, Sunrise, Florida 33351 (“Property”). This obligation of confidentiality undertaken pursuant to this Agreement shall survive any future agreement with the Owner.
