Director of Public Works requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign a Space License Agreement with the Wildlife Rescue Center of Napa County, at no cost for the term December 14, 2010 through June 30, 2011, with an automatic renewal and a ninety day cancellation clause, for the use of a portion of the Yountville Corporation Yard to operate a clinic for ill, injured or orphaned songbirds.
