THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 12th day of July, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, a Colorado home rule municipality whose address is 7887 East 60th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado (“City”), and OAK ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC, a Colorado corporation whose principal business address is 5351 East 78th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado 80022 (“Contractor”).
