THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 1st day of April, 2019 by and between the CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, a Florida Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor,” and HOVA FLIGHT SERVICES, INC., a Virginia corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as either “HOVA” and/or the “Lessee.”
