This Security Agreement amends, restates, consolidates and supersedes that certain Security Agreement dated as of July 29, 2014 by Heron Lake BioEnergy, LLC, reflecting AgStar Financial Services, FLCA as the secured party.

Box 5110, Denver, CO 80217.
