NUBEGO CLOUD MANAGED SERVICES (NCMS) AGREEMENT - AWS MARKETPLACENubego Cloud Managed Services • June 24th, 2020 • England
This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the delivery of Services from Nubego Ltd. (“Supplier”) to the Party subscribing to the Service (“Purchaser”) through the AWS Marketplace. The offer of the Service on the AWS Marketplace, and Purchaser’s purchase of the corresponding Subscription on the AWS Marketplace, constitutes each Party’s respective acceptance of this Agreement and their entry into this Agreement. The date on which the Purchaser’s purchase of the Subscription is made becomes the Effective Date (“Effective Date”) of this Agreement. Unless defined elsewhere in this Agreement, terms in initial capital letters have the meanings set forth in Section 14. Purchaser and Supplier may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
