This license agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of 13 February 2007 by and between Commission on Higher Education, Ministry of Education (the “Consortium”), 328 Si Ayutthaya Road, Bangkok 10400, Thailand, authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of itself and its participating institutions, identified on Schedule 2 (the “Institutions”), and to enforce the obligations herein on the Institutions (collectively, the “Subscriber”), and Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the “Licensor”).
