GESIS offers diverse individual services for the preservation, archiving, preparation, documen- tation, and publication of social science and economics research data. These individual services may be booked by the Client individually or in so-called "service packages." This contract regulates the details of the use by the Client of the individual services or service packages of- fered by GESIS as well as the transfer of rights of use by the Client to GESIS.
