PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – This Software End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and Standard Warranty Terms (“Warranty”; collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) is an agreement between Drobo, Inc. (“Drobo”) and you or the legal entity you represent (“You”). This Agreement applies to any software that accompanies this Agreement, any software included in or with any Drobo hardware device, and any software that is purchased or made available for download from a Drobo website (“Software”) or through an authorized Drobo reseller. The terms of this Agreement also apply to any Drobo updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software as well as any Drobo hardware device (“Product”), unless other terms accompany those items or the context of the a particular term would not logically apply).
