THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2013, by and between the CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO (the “City”), a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio (the “State”) and its Charter, and CAREWORKS FAMILY OF COMPANIES, an Ohio company (the “Company” and together with the City, the “Parties”), under the circumstances summarized in the following recitals.
